Enquiries and mailing list

When you send an enquiry or join our mailing list, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them to respond to you and, if you joined our mailing list, to send you updates. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Client portal

Our client portal stores your name, email address, company and the access groups you belong to so we can give you access to documents. We record when you view or download a document, including your IP address and browser type, to confirm document delivery and protect against misuse. These activity records are kept for 24 months and then deleted.

Service providers

This website and the client portal are hosted by Cloudflare, which also sends their emails. Cloudflare is based in the United States and may process your information outside Australia.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The client portal uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
